When it comes to Graduates we know our stuff and we can offer you opportunities for growth and personal development through hands on experience and the chance to work with exciting new and emerging technologies.

Our Graduate Development Programme is unlike any other

  • We don’t mass recruit; we want to get to know you as a person rather than a number.
  • We believe in retaining and developing talent in the North East.
  • We understand that each individual joins us with different skills and experience and because of this we have created a unique Graduate Recruitment and Development process.
  • Each Graduate that joins us enters our culture of continuous learning and growth. Your development plan is tailored to your individual needs and based on the outcomes of the interview process and Graduate Development Day.
  • You will have the opportunity to produce creative solutions to real business problems right from the start; early responsibility is given to all and career progression is influenced only by your own drive and ability.
  • You are never on your own, each Graduate is assigned a mentor and we support and encourage you as a business in both acquiring new skills and further professional qualifications.
