WATERSTONS NAMED AS FINALIST FOR NORTH EAST BUSINESS AWARDS

Waterstons is thrilled to have been shortlisted for the upcoming North East Business Awards; named as a finalist in the Services category for the Durham and Wearside region.

The North East Business Awards are now in their tenth year and seek to celebrate the entrepreneurial drive, financial acumen and ambition of the North East business community.

Waterstons will be competing against Aquajoy Bathlifts and Siemens IT Solutions for the Services award, which recognises businesses with demonstrable strength in service excellence, service differentiation, business growth and innovation.

The winners of the Durham and Wearside awards will be announced at a black tie event at Ramside Hall Hotel on 11th March 2010.

A number of Waterstons customers have also been named as finalists for the awards. Teesside University is in the running for the Business of the Year award in the Tees Valley region, whilst Cundall are being considered for the corporate responsibility of the year award in the Tyneside and Northumberland region and UK Independent Medical are in the running for Company of the Year in the Durham and Wearside region.
