My role at Waterstons is...

I'm the Client Manager for a number of our clients and the Service Lead for the improvement of service delivery to some of our clients. I also lead a team of service delivery consultants as part of the wider management team.

My proudest Waterstons moment is...

Leading the recovery of information for a business that had called for help out of the blue. A disaster had left them with massive data loss, no on-site IT knowledge, and no backups available for restore. We went to the site and assessed the situation, audited the environment and managed to recover the vast majority of lost data and deploy a new infrastructure to ensure ongoing business continuity.

My life away from work is...

Normally spent in my workshop making or restoring things. When not up to my armpits in sawdust, we foster rescue dogs, so will often be out and about in the Durham valleys.
