Service Desk Engineer


My role at Waterstons is...

Is a service desk engineer. I am one of the first people to interact with a user when they ring up or raise a ticket with an issue. I will be on hand to assist in tickets/calls, taking tickets/calls and passing them to the relevant teams if necessary.

My life away from work is...

Is based very much on my car and spending time with family/friends and doing some crafts. I am always about in my car going to Hobbycraft, I like to take my pet bunny in as the staff all love to see him. I like meeting up with some of my friends who I have met via our cars and going out with them - we are all supportive of each others crazy ideas to modify our cars and make them as unique as we can! We even go as far as making our cars in games and adding details on that we want on our own cars!

I’ll be with you when...

You need support - whether that be a software install, or something a lot more complicated that can have a bad impact on your company if not resolved quickly. I always ensure to see through a ticket until completed, as there is nothing worse than different people handling your ticket and repeating the same processes!
