My role at Waterstons is...

Is really varied and exciting. Externally, as part of the M&A team I'm afforded the opportunity to help our partners buy, sell, integrate, and separate to build better businesses by working with them to identify and mitigate technology risks, and capitalise on technology driven opportunities. As we are sector agnostic I get a real insight into a lot of different companies, sectors and industries; no deal is ever the same. My internal-facing role is equally exciting. I'm a part of the London Regional Business Development team as well as the Waterstons Legal team which allows me to play an integral part in the future development of Waterstons.

My life away from work is...

Is predominately taken up by my love for sports and the outdoors. I'm an avid ultra-trail runner and keen golfer. I'm also a football, cricket and rugby fan. Having grown up in South Africa I have a love for the bushveld, wildlife, wide-open spaces and mountain ranges. Here in the UK, I have a particular fondness for the Lake District and Finchley Golf Club.
