As a SOC Analyst, my main roles include monitoring and actioning any security alerts which we receive. These are generally things such as suspicious emails, maintaining clients’ security systems or perhaps just a general security-related query or concern. These can completely vary which makes this role exciting as new challenges are faced every day
My life away from work is...
During my time outside work, I keep on top of my fitness whether that be going to the gym, playing football or squash I make it my goal to stay as active as possible. I also enjoy video games in my spare time and frequently invest and trade in cryptocurrencies.
