Mainly focussed on ensuring we deliver our promises to our clients as a Service Manager. Partnering with multiple clients across several sectors and Waterstons colleagues, I help to coordinate the daily operations, support and future strategies of our clients.

Impossible to define as a single event. Within the service delivery roles of our Managed Services department, we are in a continual process of resolving issues and improving our client's IT infrastructure, numerous times a day. The pride comes from the teamwork that keeps this unending progress ticking along.
