My role at Waterstons is...

I work with customers who are being bought or sold or are coming together or dividing. Waterstons can scale from a two day 'health check' to a two thousand day global carve-out programme. The M&A team works with you on due diligence, pre-deal advice, sell-side assurance and post-deal business support and transformation programmes.

My proudest Waterstons moment is...

We were acting for the buyer of a factory in the USA. The IT Director of the seller rang our project manager and said 'although the Waterstons team were acting for the other side, I think your work was exemplary. We do lots of deals and we may want to work with you in future. Do you operate in the USA?' (The answer is yes, by the way.)

My life away from work is...

I'm married with a grown-up son. I'm a keen triathlete (yes, still, at my age...) and play the drums (also yes, still, at my age....) I like the work of Bertolt Brecht and am becoming geeky about good coffee.
