As a member of our Managed Services team, you'll be working directly with our clients implementing and supporting unique infrastructure solutions that directly add value to their business.
This is a fantastic time to join us as we’re growing internationally and on the lookout for amazing techies to join our Service Delivery team. We’ll support your development in learning the latest technologies and you’ll be involved in challenging and varied client work from day one.
Once you’ve gained knowledge of our clients and systems you’ll have the opportunity to work with our clients to develop the necessary skills for service delivery, including client and programme management, developing and delivering continual service improvements, ensuring we are adhering to our service standards and providing the best value to our clients.
We aim to stay ahead of the curve; our projects always utilise the latest technologies where appropriate. Current technologies used include the Microsoft Server family, Office 365 and Azure, Cisco, Citrix and VMware.
You’ll be studying towards an Undergraduate degree and looking for a 12 month placement in the IT industry before returning to University. You’ll have a passion for technology and continuous learning. When it comes to progression, there are no restrictions other than your own enthusiasm and thirst for development.
