As a member of our Managed Services team, you’ll be working with and supporting our clients on a wide range of technologies to deliver creative solutions.
We’re not looking for your average techie. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, devising creative solutions to complex problems and has a passion for continuous learning. If that sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team based across the UK, supporting our clients on a day to day basis. No two days are the same and you’ll need to be able to think outside the box to get our clients back on their feet while maintaining your cool. We help our people gain the skills and knowledge to resolve challenging problems and provide guidance on finding the best route for their progression.
Current technologies used include the Microsoft Server family; Office 365 and Azure, Cisco, Skype for Business, Citrix and VMware. Your experience in the above isn’t as important to us as your ability to learn and grow.
As well as offering a competitive salary, we also have an attractive benefits package allowing you a great work-life balance and the opportunity to really develop your knowledge and skills, which includes:
- Competitive salary
- Flexible working hours
- Unlimited holiday allowance
- Company profit share scheme
- Private medical insurance
- Opportunity to develop professional skills
- Support to gain industry standard qualifications
- Free parking at our Durham office
- Season ticket travel loan
- And more…
We have numerous roles available for students who are seeking graduate positions at the end of their study. If you are interested in a career at Waterstons, have a passion for new technology and continuous learning and are expecting a first class or 2:1 degree, we’d love to hear from you.
