As a member of our Managed Services team, you’ll be working directly with clients implementing and supporting unique infrastructure solutions that directly add value to their business.
We’re not looking for your average techie. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, creative problem solving and have a passion for continuous learning, then we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be trained in the latest technologies and involved in challenging and varied client work from day one. Once you’ve gained knowledge of our clients and systems you’ll have the opportunity to work with our clients to develop the necessary skills for Service Delivery. This includes client and programme management, developing and delivering continual service improvements, ensuring we are adhering to our service standards and providing the best value to our clients. We aim to stay ahead of the technology curve; our projects utilise the latest technologies where appropriate.
Current technologies used include the Microsoft Server family; Office 365 and Azure, Cisco, Citrix and VMware. Your experience in the above isn’t as important to us as your ability to learn and grow.
As well as offering a competitive salary, we also have an attractive benefits package allowing you a great work-life balance and the opportunity to really develop your knowledge and skills, which includes:
- Competitive salary
- Flexible working hours
- Unlimited holiday allowance
- Company profit share scheme
- Private medical insurance
- Opportunity to develop professional skills
- Support to gain industry standard qualifications
- Free parking at our Durham office
- Season ticket travel loan
- And more…
We have numerous roles available for students who are seeking graduate positions at the end of their study. If you are interested in a career at Waterstons, have a passion for new technology and continuous learning and are expecting a first class or 2:1 degree, we’d love to hear from you.
