Technology Consultant

I joined Waterstons in November 2018 after spending over a year providing on-site support for a leading fertiliser manufacturer. This gave me a great background from desktop support to ancient analogue phone lines! I am currently part of the Service Desk in the Managed Services team, providing all levels of support to our clients.

I’ve been dabbling in technology from an early age, from setting up Windows Server environments on an old Pentium 3 desktop with a 10GB Hard Drive to messing around in the Linux terminal on virtual servers.

Waterstons appealed to me for its values and career development opportunities. There’s never a dull day at work and we have a great array of helpful intelligent people! It can be technically challenging and you’re constantly learning new things. Soon I would like to complete my ITIL and CCNA qualifications.

My main passions outside of work are motoring and horse riding. I have a HGV Class 1 license and hope to complete my motorcycle license next year.
