To be helpful! It might be as a sounding board for clients to talk about their challenges. Or it might be supporting colleagues, by sharing knowledge and collaborating on incentives. A lot of my time is spent architecting, building, and delivering software applications: that's incredibly rewarding when you see how it benefits others.

Honestly, just to find out about your world. I take real pleasure in discovering the amazing complexity that people handle every day - much of which goes unnoticed by those who benefit from it. If we can develop bespoke software systems to make that easier, then that's even better.
