Dawn McBeath

Transformation Consultant

I began my working career on a very different path to where I am now. I worked in the public sector in a variety of roles from Planning and Building Control to HR. I started to develop a passion for technology and how it can improve business performance and with this, opted for a career change. I studied at Teesside University where I undertook and achieved a first class honours Degree in Information Communications Technologies. It was at this time I joined Waterstons.

I worked within Managed Services at Waterstons as the Incident Manager and then a Technology Consultant offering first line support. After one year and a hunger to work more closely on projects with customers, I joined the Transformation Team. We have an expanding range of clients in a variety of sectors, no project is the same, life is never boring here!

The team and culture at Waterstons is rare, everyone has a desire to learn and share knowledge and the home / work life balance is commendable.

What do I do when I am not working?

I spend a lot of time with family and friends and all for the outdoors, will take camping over a hotel stay any day of the summer! I do also like to continuously develop my knowledge and am generally studying towards my next qualification!
