My role at Waterstons is...

Varied on a day-to-day basis. As a team leader on the service desk I spend most of my time supporting the remote services team and ensuring that we are continuously providing a quality 24/7 service for our clients.

My proudest Waterstons moment is...

Successfully onboarding one of our largest remote services clients; working with them during the requirements gathering right through to implementation and post-go-live support. The client is still happy with our ongoing support!

My life away from work is...

All about family and friends. I have a loving family, one child and two rescue cats. We spend a lot of time together and keep ourselves busy. We love the outdoors and try to keep fit and healthy. We also love a board game!
