My role at Waterstons is...
To support, maintain and improve clients' infrastructure through the monitoring that is carried out on NOC. The role varies from supporting networks and servers all the way to providing certificates for websites and services. Each day is different and I come across some unique scenarios I've never seen anywhere else!
My life away from work is...
Varied! I enjoy going for walks across the North East, attending Rock/Metal gigs across the UK and gaming! I've been to gigs in Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester where I went to my very first one in 2012. I've also held a #1 spot in the world for a time trial on DiRT 5, I don't think I'll ever beat that!
