My role at Waterstons is...

As a member of the Problem Team, I investigate the root-causes for recurring and unusual issues logged with the Service Desk.  This reduces the number of incidents experienced by our Clients and allows us to provide a more robust and streamlined service.

My proudest Waterstons moment is...

Being a part of a remediation group for a client security breach. Working in unison with the best and brightest people, and successfully enabling our client to continue working during this critical period was incredibly rewarding.

My life away from work is...

All things nerd - chess, board games, D&D, 3d printing, maths, and anything space-related.
