We believe careers in tech should be open to everyone, regardless of background – and university isn't the only route in. With tuition fees and living costs what they are, it's not the right choice for everyone. Maybe you don't want the debt. Maybe you have family commitments. Maybe you'd just rather be earning than paying out. That's where our apprenticeship programme comes in.

The programme

You'll work towards a fully funded degree – the Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Integrated qualification – earn a salary of £20,000 from day one, and build real experience alongside people who are genuinely invested in your growth. The cost of your degree is covered. No loans. No debt.

We open applications in September, January, and May each year. Successful applicants join us full time at our Durham office, with one day a week dedicated to study.

Where it takes you

Every apprentice starts on our service desk. It's where you learn what great client service actually looks like, get stuck into real problems, and develop your skills with the support of a team of IT professionals around you. We're not just offering an education. We're offering a career.

After qualification, there's plenty of room to grow. Whether that's cyber security, software and data, or IT services, we'll help you find where you fit. And if you do decide to move on, you'll leave with a degree and two and a half years of hands-on experience. That's a strong foundation wherever you go next.
