My role at Waterstons is...
Is all about making sure technology works! I work with all sorts of clients providing support with all areas of IT infrastructure and systems to make sure they are providing the most value to the business.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
Was a mad scramble to get the world working remotely. With everyone all over the world needing to do it at the same time (I'm sure you can guess when) everyone at Waterstons was stretched. I managing to get a client I was working with from no remote working capacity to everyone within a week. It was great and went incredibly smoothly, against all odds!
My life away from work is...
Ends up being about technology possibly too much of the time. I like tinkering with computers, a bit of photography and looking after my needy child Leo (a cat). I'm also a member of a non-profit organisation that runs an annual festival for Home Educators which keeps me busy!

Something breaks, isn't working as intended, or you've got a problem and we need to find a solution. If technology isn't doing something it's meant to, then let's fix that.
