To work closely with my team to provide efficient and timely resolutions to remote support requests and incidents. I'm also involved with designing and tailoring our ITSM platform to our clients.

I'm proud of how much I've learnt at Waterstons. I started with no experience in IT and now some of the things I do without even thinking surprises me.
My life away from work is...
Is spent staying active. I love to go walking and even better when there's a pub at the end of the route. If I'm not out exploring new places my favourite night in would be a games night.
