Senior Technology Consultant

I joined Waterstons as a Technology Consultant in the Managed Services team – supporting clients’ systems remotely and now I am a team leader on the Service Desk helping to make improvements to the service we offer.

My career in IT started as a Service Desk Officer for a housing association looking after around 165 users before moving on to a local college as a Virtual Desktop Engineer. From these roles I gained a strong background in support covering various areas from account creation through to mobile device management, virtual desktop management and image deployment.

Outside of work

I live in a small village with my wife and three young children. Most of my spare time is spent helping with homework or at places like Adventure Valley. When I do get some time to myself it is normally spent reading or playing games.
