My role at Waterstons is...

Being part of the service desk team. I spend most of my time on the backups function. I monitor backups from our clients daily and fix any issues that arise to make sure that the data is there if they ever need to restore it. I'm also constantly seeking to improve all our clients' backups so they can be the best they can be!

My life away from work is...

Mainly spent with my friends and family. I love to go travelling especially to music festivals. It's been my dream to go to Glastonbury but I have never manage to get my hands on a ticket! (Hopefully, by the time you are reading this I will have managed to get one).

Your backups are failing, warning and successful! I'll be there for it all. Whether you want to change things up or restore lost data I'll be there to help you through it.
