My role at Waterstons is...

Constantly evolving. As a member of the managed services team, I help our clients to keep things running. Whether that's helping them to set up their email, keeping their infrastructure running smoothly or assisting with backups.

My life away from work is...

Spent tinkering on all of the little projects I like to start. Currently, I'm building custom keyboards and working on some small home automation projects. In the future, I'd like to look into 3D printing so I can make my own components!

I’ll be with you when...

Your backups are failing/warning, or you just can't seem to get something working. When you have an issue, there's always a solution and I'll be there to help you find it.
