Very Interesting! I’m part of the Managed Services team, which means I spend most of my time dealing with technical issues for clients. I turn my hand to pretty much anything and some have described me as a dog with a bone... I will not give up on your issue until I resolve it!

When I resolve an issue for you and hit the 'Close Ticket' button, it brings a smile to my face every time.
My life away from work is...
All about family. I have two children and a wonderful wife who I like to dedicate my spare time to. I always have a project on the go, although some take longer than others. I enjoy cooking and with my Spanish roots can cook a very good Paella.
