My role at Waterstons is...
Busy, challenging but most importantly is hugely varied and lots of fun. I'm Client Experience Director, responsible for making sure that we really look after clients, sticking true to our client intimate, people first agenda. I’m passionate that Waterstons is a trusted advisor and partner to you, our clients, helping you use technology to further what you do. I love meeting clients, old and new, listening to what’s going on within your businesses, sharing knowledge and advice, and I can genuinely say I learn something new every day!
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
Too hard to pick. Having been at Waterstons for such a long time, I've had lots of proud moments, from managing to deliver a project, requiring visits to 30 sites nationally during some of the worst snow we've seen in 25 years, to helping clients set up new sites in challenging international locations. However, whilst I've done some really interesting things over the last 14 years, nothing beats the thanks from a client when we've managed to solve their problem (big or small).
My life away from work is...
Usually quite busy. We have two lively (and forthright) children, who are funny, demanding, and take up lots of time, but who also teach me that I'm more patient than I realised was possible! When I'm not attending various activities with the kids you'll find me out on my bike or on foot exploring the Hertfordshire countryside, or generally faffing, taking something to bits (rarely putting it together again) or doing DIY around the house.

Throughout your journey with Waterstons, and whenever you've got any sort of problem. My role is primarily focused on clients, and helping them solve problems. I've worked at Waterstons since 2007, and I've seen clients in a range of different sectors face a huge range of challenges in that time. I've got a good idea of how we've helped overcome these challenges, but the telltale signs to avoid many occurring in the first place. We've got an amazing team of really smart people, and I should be able to find someone to help.
