My role at Waterstons is...
As part of the Managed Services team, my role is to resolve both simple and complex IT issues for all of our clients. The role itself is quite diverse and you find that during each day you're looking at IT issues for different clients across different sectors which requires quite a lot of knowledge and technical skill.

My life away from work is...
When I'm not working I love to play golf at my local golf course as well as travelling to different golf courses and I find that golf makes it easier to relax after a week of hard work.
