My role at Waterstons is...
Primarily focussed on keeping our clients' backups running as smoothly as possible to help ensure data is recoverable should the need arise. Since each client has their own individual backup needs the systems we manage vary from simple to extremely complex, which helps to keep me on my toes!
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
Becoming the functional lead for backups within Managed Services. This has enabled me to focus on improving the service we provide to our clients and raise awareness of how important backups really are.
My life away from work is...
Mostly spent with my wife, two young children and a Cockapoo called Harry. When I manage to get some downtime I like to go running, watch sport, play video games and listen to rock music.
