My role at Waterstons is...

To oversee the service desk down under! As the service desk team leader, I believe that ease of use and clear communication should be the hallmarks of our work. The clients that depend on us can count on a friendly, receptive ear, and consistently excellent problem-solving. I’m a big believer in proactive problem solving and streamlined processes – the best technology solution is the one that nobody notices!

My life away from work is...

All about giving back to the community and having a good time! I volunteer with a fantastic non for profit called ‘The Generous & Grateful.' We connect excess with the need to help people and the planet. We support those rebuilding their lives after tragedy and trauma by sourcing high-quality used furniture and white goods to those less fortunate in our community It’s something from which I get a lot of personal satisfaction; helping other people has made me a kinder, more patient person! And if I'm not volunteering you can bet I'll be out with friends or looking after my cat Kevin!

You've already tried turning it off and on again! While I may have moved to a Team Leader role, I'll always be there to assist my colleagues with any problems that they may arise for you.
