My role at Waterstons is...

I am lucky to have a hugely varied role, working across the organisation with our teams to deliver people focussed solutions that fit with our culture, values and wider business initiatives.

My proudest Waterstons moment is...

Learning that our colleagues had been shortlisted for an award for their work in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. There are some big names doing great things, so to be part of a team who have been recognised, and working with colleagues who are so passionate and committed was a great moment.

My life away from work is...

I live for the sun, great food, wine and spending time with loved ones. If I am not out for a walk or run, trying to surf or having some down time doing yoga, then I am probably talking, eating or sleeping!
