Firstly, we hope that you’re doing okay. We know that you will be worried about the impact of Coronavirus on your family, colleagues and business.
We want to reassure you that you can continue to rely on us. We’ve decided to temporarily close our UK offices as we are confident that our flexible working culture and business continuity plans mean our colleagues can work remotely and continue to provide services to you without disruption. If you are a Managed Services client your client director or manager will be in regular contact to appraise you of any updates to your service, should it be required.
Our ‘People First’ culture means that wherever possible we’re recommending our people use Skype, Teams or other online meeting facilities rather than face to face meetings to minimise risk through travel and contact. We are also taking additional hygiene precautions and ensuring our people know what to do if there is any risk, they feel unwell or if they come into contact with someone diagnosed.
We’ve also decided to postpone our current events programme but we’ll look to see if any current or future events can be hosted online. If our colleagues are booked to attend large external work related events we’re advising them to withdraw.
We’re continuing to monitor the latest advice from government but want to assure you that we’re taking all the necessary steps to keep you, your business and our people protected as best we can.
