My role at Waterstons is...

I am an Apprentice Service Desk Engineer so it is my job to answer calls, prioritise tickets and assist our customers with any issues they encounter so that they can continue to operate smoothly.

My life away from work is...

Consists primarily of watching films, playing games or listening to music and occasionally writing short stories when I feel like being productive.
